COOPERATIVE RECRUITMENT
Women's Cooperative Recruitment occurs every spring for both incoming and current Purdue students. Potential new members must fill out the recruitment form (linked at the bottom of the page) in order to attend Formal Recruitment.

During Formal Recruitment, potential new members tour all 7 Women's houses to meet and interact with current members. After Formal Recruitment, potential new members have the opportunity to be invited back to specific houses for Informal Recruitment, where potential new members can make a closer connection with the house and its sisters, and our members can get to know them better as well.

After Informal Recruitment, potential new members will rank each house. However, you will only be offered a bid back from one house. It's also important to note that you can only receive a bid if you attend formal recruitment.

FORMAL RECRUITMENT
During Formal Recruitment, potential new members (PNMs) will visit all 7 Women's Houses dressed in Business Casual/Professional wear. This attire typically ranges from dresses to skirts to pantsuits -- but don't be afraid to show us your individual style and personality! During this time, PNMs will be able to tour the house, ask questions, and get to know the members of each house!
INFORMAL RECRUITMENT
After Formal Recruitment, prospective members will be invited back to specific houses to further their connections and learn more about the house culture. You have the option to attend some or all the houses you are invited back to. This is your time to get to know the girls better, and picture yourself living at the house, as well as build relationships with the current members. Attire is casual for this day, and many girls wear sweaters, cardigans, jeans, and more.
